DEFINITIONS

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means XIX Footwear limited, trading under IVA MINKOVA. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.

PAYMENT & VAT

An order deposit of 50% of the total order value is taken at the time of placing an order. The balance will be billed once goods are ready to ship.No goods shall be supplied without payment.

All prices for items delivered within the EU include VAT where applicable. The VAT charged will be at the UK VAT rate.

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.

SPECIFICATIONS

The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Orders can be cancelled up until 1 hour after the order confirmation by writing to helloteam@ivaminkova.com

Cancellations after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the order deposit.

DELIVERY

The delivery window for each order is clearly marked on the product page. The company reserves the right to make changes to delivery dates and is responsible for advising the customer should this occur.

Expedited orders will be subject to a surcharge.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes.

Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing. Carriage will be complimentary for the duration of the introductory promotion.

RETURNS

The customer has the legal right to return the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All goods are made-to-order, so returns will only be accepted in the case of faulty or ill-fitting goods.

The company offers free returns for UK customers.

For all International returns, except where the item is faulty, the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.

The company will offer a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. The company will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that show signs of use.
