WHY ARE IVA MINKOVA SHOES SPECIAL?

Each pair of IVA MINKOVA shoes is made-to-order especially for its intended wearer and is personalised with their name or initials.

DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER MY PAIR?

Yes. IVA MINKOVA aims to limit overproduction, so the company does not create stock outside of what its customers order.

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

Shoes take time to make and we only make what our customers truly want.

The pre-order period is the same is it would normally take for a company to produce and deliver an order to a store.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

The delivery window for each order is clearly indicated on the order page. We deliver in three drops a year and aim to limit the delivery time to 4 months.

WHY CAN’T I BUY MY SHOES AT A DEPARTMENT STORE?

Because of the nature of the product and service we offer, IVA MINKOVA shoes can currently only be ordered through our website.

We do plan to host trunk shows in the future, so follow our Instagram and Facebook for further announcements

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY SHOES FURTHER?

WHEN DO I PAY?

You will be charged a 50% deposit upon placing your order and the remaining 50% of your total order value will only be billed once the order is complete. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your dream pair to you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer complimentary free shipping on all orders from our first collection. This is a promotion, and we reserve the right to rescind it at any time (this would not affect orders already placed).

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES?

You can return your shoes within 14 days, but we ask you to remember that these shoes were made for you and are personalised for you. If you are unsatisfied, we are here to work with you and resolve any issue you have.
